Our tipi is made of durable outdoor fabric which is highly waterproof, weather resistant, moisture regulating and breathable – a perfect environment for your winter's occasion. A heated canopy was installed last year, which stretches over our terrace between our tipi and our hotel, meaning your Christmas party can go ahead in whatever weather December will throw at you.

There's no venue like a festively decorated, elegantly lit, beautifully located tipi to celebrate Christmas with your loved ones or colleagues...
At Rylands, we can cater for sit-down meals of up to 100 people.
Or, if you are looking for a venue to host a proper Christmas knees-up with dancefloor and all, our twin big hat tipi can host up to 180 standing guests and, of course, the tipi comes with a fully-licensed bar...
When choosing Rylands as your Christmas party venue, you have a number of options to choose from to tailor the occasion to the tastes of your guests. Take your pick from Christmas pizzas, a hog roast, hot buffet, street food, bowl food or a three-course set menu.
All options come as standard with exclusive use of the tipi and grounds, onsite parking, complementary Wi-Fi, rustic tables and benches, fully stocked and licenced bar, lighting & bespoke foliage and, of course, our Rylands team to assist with planning and management of the event.
