​Every December our tipi is transformed into a magical space for your special winter occasion. Following our sold out dates in 2024 we are now taking bookings for 2025!
We can cater for sit-down meals of up to 100 people. Or, if you are looking for a venue to host a proper Christmas knees-up we can host up to 180 standing guests and, of course, the tipi comes with a fully-licensed bar...

We have created a variety of packages for you when it comes to food. From the most stunning traditional Christmas dinner (all the trimmings) to festive wood-fired pizzas, we are proud to be working with our suppliers to deliver incredible cuisine.
Included when you book at Rylands Farmhouse is exclusive use of the tipi and grounds, onsite parking, rustic tables and benches, fully stocked and licensed bar, lighting & bespoke foliage and, of course, our Rylands team to assist with planning and management of the event.
